Temp to perm roles, working for a market leader, based in the local area.
Great opportunity for an individual with some previous administrative and data entry experience, looking to establish themselves in the corporate and Financial Services industry
Working within a small team you will be responsible for providing a central support function to assist with projects. Supporting the wider admin team members, you will collate and prepare test packs and execution of testing, ensuring that data is gathered in a consistent manner to meet internal and external audit and business needs.
Duties
Work with the team members to ensure that all client related projects are documented in a standard and consistent manner
Work with the Admin teams to produce test packs ahead of all install and/or DC investment projects ensuring that the test coverage is sufficient to cover all members impacted by the change
Work with the Admin teams to ensure that the testing is executed within the required deadlines, ensuring that supporting details are extracted from the system to satisfy future audit requests.
Experience
Previous data entry / processing / administrative experience (minimum six months)
Excellent attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
Would suit an individual with an interest in the Financial Services / Pensions industry
Able to work to targets and deadlines and prioritise workload
Fully IT literate with the ability to learn new processes
Criteria
Grades A-C in Maths and English
Successful individuals will be required to undergo Credit Checks and obtain security clearance
