- Lloyd Recruitment Services are partnering up with a market leading company, who are looking for an ambitious, talented Junior C# Developer to join their expanding development team.
Their platform is built on the Microsoft stack (ASP.NET MVC / SQL server / Azure). The ideal candidate will have the ability to work across the whole SDLC from inception through to design, implementation and deployment.
Every member of the team is expected to contribute in the design and planning stages; they are constantly striving to deliver cutting edge solutions for their clients. The role also involves offering technical expertise on client calls/meetings and provides technical insight to the business account managers during the tender process.
A degree in a computer related discipline is highly desirable, but experience in a similar role will also be considered.
Essential requirements:
C#
ASP.NET MVC
HTML5 / CSS3 / JavaScript
jQuery
SQL Server
Azure / AWS
Responsive Design / Bootstrap
REST Web Services / WCF
In addition, any or all of the following would be advantageous:
Entity Framework
LESS
Charting/Visualisation libraries (d3.js, Highcharts etc.)
Microsoft Certification
Experience of another programming language (C, C++, ObjectiveC, Java, PHP etc.)
GitHub/BitBucket
JIRA (or other project management software)
Robotics/Screen/Data scraping
Prince2 / Prince2 Agile
Requirements
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Strong team player
Able to work under pressure
