- Description
Lloyd Recruitment Services are looking for experienced customer service professionals, to work for our clients initially on a twelve month fixed term contract.
Providing a high level of service to customers, you will be required to answer incoming calls providing guidance and advice on products and agreements, including updating bank details and payments.
We are looking for individuals with previous call centre / high volume telephone experience.
Due to the location, you will need to be a car driver / owner.
Duties:
Answering high volume of incoming calls
Discuss agreements, payments and provide advice or guidance on products
Answer online chat queries
Make outbound calls as and when required
