Description


Lloyd Recruitment Services are looking for an experienced Part Time Office Administrator to join a family run business near Banstead. 

 

Initially joining on an ongoing temporary basis, there is a possibility that it could move into a permanent part-time opportunity in the future.

 

Work Pattern:




  • 21 hours a week - ideally 3 full days a week, however, could be split to accommodate school run/family commitments if applicable



 

Duties:




  • Being the first point of contact for clients and customers to the business – predominately over the phone, and occasional face to face visits.


  • Simple bookkeeping and basic accounts duties, including – banking, invoicing, chasing payments


  • Training will be provided on SAGE.


  • Use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook on a day-to-day basis.
