Lloyd Recruitment Services are on the lookout for a Senior Pension Administrator to join a professional and corporate organisation, currently working from home, with a view to returning to the office when safe to do so.
With previous experience in the corporate pensions from a Consultancy / Company or In-House environment, you’ll be a point of reference for less experienced colleagues on any technical issues.
These roles are being offered on a day rate, payable through your Umbrella company.
Keys skills:
Proven and comprehensive experience in handling DB/DC and/or Pension Schemes.
Ability to perform accurate manual calculations
Extensive use of Excel to intermediate / advanced level
Ability to record all actions / progress accurately on the in-house database systems.
Advanced communication skills - confident verbal communicator, and ability to compose non-standard correspondence as necessary
Good time management skills and the ability to organise and prioritise own workload
Manage any complaints inline with the procedures in place, and report/escalate accordingly
Take responsibility for own workload, and see advice to clarify understanding from peers
Be confident in challenging procedures to identity process improvements and pass on recommendations
