- Lloyd Recruitment Services are working with a reputable company in Uckfield who are currently looking for someone with a background in Office Administration to help develop this thriving business.
Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic about administration tasks and is interested in exploring new opportunities.
Required skills
Experience of Sage 50 essential
Excellent attention to detail and organisation required
Great rapport building skills and happy talking to clients on the phone and by email
Must be able to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Position would suit a candidate with the following skill sets:

Is organised, able to complete tasks efficiently and prioritise their own workload. Works well within a diverse team of people and can maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Processing sales orders and purchase orders
Dealing with inbound calls as well as making outbound calls
Liaising with Goods in/out for booking stock in and managing regular stock takes
Processing End of Day invoicing for customers and other administration tasks
Entering supplier invoices to Sage
Following up on potential sales enquiries or directing enquires to the sales team
Maintaining good relationships with customers
General office administrative tasks as part of the team.
Permanent – Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17.00 exc. Public Holidays Package: Negotiable Basic Salary, Bonus Scheme, Private Health Cover, 24 Days Holiday, Pension, Free parking
