- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a family run manufacturing company in the Edenbridge area. Due to ongoing success, there is a rare opportunity to head the Product Management team for one of their well-known leading brands.
The successful Candidate will be managing the Design Manager, an Assistant Product Manager, and a Production Controller to create successful product launches for the Brand.
Salary £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
Key duties & skills
Experience in product management and industrial design of products
Experience in sourcing FMCG from China (essential), other countries (useful)
Track record of being involved with engineered products (useful)
Basic understanding of materials – metals, plastics, print exposure
Mobility to travel to existing factories and to find new factories anywhere in the World
Excellent negotiating skills
Market & brand awareness
Create a working culture of innovation
Able to pitch new product launches
Works closely within internal teams to meet product specifications
Organised and thorough approach to work
Ability to motivate factories
Ability to inspire confidence within our product range
Team player and open to innovation
Engineering degree (desirable)
5 years within a similar role (essential)
Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm
