- Lloyd Recruitment Services are once again partnering up with an expanding client, in their search for an enthusiastic Telecoms Administrator for the busy Manchester office.
This is a full-time, office-based role and full training will be provided on-the-job. This programme, combined with your previous administration skills, will soon have you fully integrated in to this growing team, to ensure that everything continues to run smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
The role will include:
Being a point of contact for clients and colleagues for any day to day matters in the office.
Processing accurate orders using their in-house CRM system
Organising and generating contract forms for signature
Updating the in-house system with any stock movement – for engineer visits as well as re-stocking needs
Ordering of new stock as required and checking paperwork upon delivery
Project administration assistance
Billing queries with vendors
Required skills and abilities:
Excellent face to face, telephone and email communication skills
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office packages.
Keen to learn and develop new IT systems and database knowledge
A team player with the ability to work on their own initiative in a busy team setting.
Proven administration skills from an office-based environment – minimum 6 months
