- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a reputable organisation and based in the Edenbridge area. The company is going through a period of growth and due to this there is now a requirement for a Finance Director to join the team
Key Responsibilities:
Management of the finance function and all day-to-day finance matters
Manage a small finance team
Ensuring the accuracy, preparing monthly management accounts and annual statutory accounts
Preparation of monthly management information and forecasts
Preparation of annual budgets
Overseeing the invoicing of clients and collection of debts and supplier payments
Management of the bank accounts
Overseeing processing and payment of monthly payroll
Preparation and filing of all statutory accounting
Managing the relationship with auditors and tax advisors together with responsibility for all tax and regulatory/compliance matters
Management of car leasing arrangements
Managing company insurance programme
Work closely with other members of the Senior Management Team
Skill Requirements:
Hold a relevant accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
Have financial modelling and Excel skills
Have c. 3 years post qualification experience spent in a commercial environment
Have the ability to work independently
Ideally experienced working with Sage
Have great attention to detail and good people skills
Salary of up to £70K DOE
