Are you familiar with hosted telephony systems.?
Do you have previous experience of support and fault resolution.?
Lloyd Recruitment Services are partnering with a registered Ofcom telecoms company, in their search for a new member of their Business 2 Business Support and Provisioning Team.
With agreements across all the major UK networks and carriers, you’ll be part of their expansion plans for 2021. Having gained a reputation through working hard and providing the reliability promised to their clients, they are in an enviable position of being able to invite someone to join their busy Manchester office.
You’ll be responsible for dealing with fault diagnosis and support across a wide range of products and services including lines, connectivity, WLR, CPS and Hosted Telephony (VoIP). The successful candidate will be able to elevate company standards and provide excellent customer service and support.
Provisioning is also a key part of this role, so the ability recognise opportunities to upsell and cross sell additional products and service when liaising with customers.
Experience of support in the hosted telephone this sector is paramount, however, additional training where necessary will be provided on the various partnership.
Office based role, Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm
