- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a reputable East Grinstead based company who are currently in search of an experienced, proactive and organised Administrator to join their team
 
 Purpose of job: To provide administrative service and support to multiple company sites and the wider team
 
 Key duties:
 
 
 Work with various stakeholders to provide a high level of administration in accordance with the company policies and statutory requirements
 Assist the team with progressing applications and associated paperwork
 Progress applications in accordance with current procedures
 Prepare relevant paperwork ensuring accuracy at all times
 Track the progress of all applications and follow up accordingly using phone and email
 Ensure marketing data is correct and the necessary H&S documentation is in place, liaising with other teams as required
 Provide support for inbound enquiries as required
 Processing paperwork for annual site visits
 Assist in collecting relevant H&S paperwork to ensure compliance
 Provide phone and email assistance, giving support and operational information, updating marketing data and assisting with all enquiries
 Maintain up-to-date files (on-line)
 Investigate and log feedback/complaints received by telephone/email/letter. Liaise with the team and follow up appropriately
 Provide administrative support when required the team manager
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience:
 
 
 Good knowledge of computer systems
 Proactive and organised with a friendly but business-like manner
 Strong communicator with outgoing and persuasive personality
 Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others
 Experience of delivering excellent customer service and complaints handling
 Attention to detail
 Strong administration background
 Well versed at telephone liaison
