Do you enjoy working in a small team setting.?
Are you a very confident communicator over the phone.?
Can you think on your feet and come up with solutions to problems.?
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers calling in with various queries, so you’ll be encouraged to use your fabulous customer service skills to the fullest. Taking down accurate messages to pass onto more experienced colleagues could be one action, but you’ll also have the training to resolve the less technical cases.
