Do you enjoy working in a small team setting.?
Are you a very confident communicator over the phone.?
Can you think on your feet and overcome problems with quick thinking solutions.?
Do you have a min of 6 months experience of working in an IT role – ideally a helpdesk team/department.?
You’ll be part of the team that handles all inbound client calls, most of which can be resolved by following a serious of questions and subsequent actions. Your customer service skills will be heavily utilised, and due to the ups and downs of a helpdesk environment, you’ll need to be self-motivated and able to keep a clear head when it’s really pressurised. This is a genuine opportunity to work alongside very technically experienced colleagues, and commence a career with a company who invest in their employees and their futures.
