We have a number of opportunities to join an expanding department, where after a full training programme, you’ll be handling a variety of inbound confidential calls from members of the public, taking accurate information to pass on to relevant organisations for actioning.
The role:
Handling a wide range of calls from members of the public, in a sensitive and tactful manner
Asking questions to ensure that maximum information is gained from every call
Forwarding information to relevant third parties to be actioned
Handling confidential information
Processing information from website
Skills and experience required:
Previous experience of dealing with people on the telephone
Ability to handle sometimes difficult calls and to reassure distressed callers
Articulate, confident telephone manner
Ability to process information whilst retaining confidentiality
PC literate with the ability to learn new systems
