- Entry level opportunity for an IT / Business Systems graduate looking to build a career within the IT field.
Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to be assisting a long standing, client that seeks an IT / Business Systems graduate (or equivalent level IT qualification) to join them in this newly created position.
The main responsibilities involve performing a variety of tasks associated to the systems and processes used to meet business requirements, supporting all parts of the Group. Working with the business to identify and resolve IT service issues and will need to liaise with key stakeholders and 3rd party organisations and to test corrective actions.
The role includes a large focus on the Microsoft Office 365 suite of products and related applications. The jobholder is therefore required to help with issues people experience at an application level, and also Office 365 and Azure administration.
The client is keen to receive applications from IT / Business Systems graduates (or equivalent level IT qualification), although may consider respective college level qualifications. The role would suit a first or second jobber who is keen to build/develop a career in the IT field.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, personal organisation, and logical thinking alongside the following:
Very strong Microsoft Office Suite skills especially Excel
Ideally knowledge of Office 365 and Azure administration
Ideally, knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
Methods and techniques for troubleshooting and determining the causes of application problems and errors
