Lloyd Recruitment Services are extremely keen to find an Fleet Account Executive for a leading Fleet Management company based in Thames Ditton, this role could develop into an Account Manager role in the future if desired.
You will be able to act as the main day to day point of contact for all clients and other business areas, able to take responsibility for tasks and see them through to completion. This is small but dynamic team of sales professionals, so you’ll need to be comfortable working in a busy and fast paced environment, where each person contributes to the team and Company.
Ideally you will have gained a minimum of 2 years’ experience from within a sales support role, if it’s from an automotive, fleet management or vehicle sector even better
Main duties:
Producing client documentation and new vehicle orders within defined time-scales
Progress orders advising clients of any change
Generate and issue new vehicle contracts and monitor returns
Arrange new vehicle deliveries / vehicle collections
Arrange vehicle re-allocations where required
Accurately updating and maintaining records, including producing reports on activities for managers
Maintaining an awareness and understanding of a busy sales team
