Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a local engineering company who are in search of an Air Conditioning Engineer to join their expanding team. Due to continued growth the successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress and develop your skills further across the business. The ideal candidate must have 5+ years’ experience within a similar role.
£30,000 – £35,000 PA, Company Van, Company Phone
Valid full UK driving licence required.
Key duties:
Air Conditioning Service / Maintenance Engineer experience
Commissioning experience & ability to fault find on multi VRF unit sites
VRV & VRF Fault finding
Have the ability to carry out maintenance at the highest level (fan scrolls/ full strip downs) in a past pace, live working environment
Be a people person, with experience in vast areas
F Gas is required
Friendly demeanour to customers
High end Residential experience
Managing sub-contractors
Experience with DX systems
Experience with VRF/VRV systems
Electrical knowledge/experience
Fault finding experience
Industries you will be working on are along the lines of ,Small residential splits, Large range VRF projects, Hotels, Schools, Commercial offices, Warehouses, Airports
