- Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to be assisting a long standing, client, a well established and award winning independent financial advisory business, that are looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator to provide support to a team of Wealth Managers, whilst providing an exceptional service to their individual and corporate clients.

The client is offering a competitive salary and benefits package, and a 35 hour working week.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Issuing, tracking, and managing Letters of Authority (and any queries) through to completion.
Updating and completing diarised entry updates.
Submission of new business application forms/paperwork where required.
Completing all aspects of the Annual Review process.
Pre-Report policy information data harvest.
Dealing with Ad-hoc pre-sale queries.
Completing client Money laundering verification process.
Issuing policy documents and case closure letters.
Deal with telephone and email queries generated by clients or providers.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
It is essential that applicants have previous administrative experience within the pensions/investment arena, ideally gained within an IFA or wealth manager.
A technical knowledge of pension s is an essential requirement.
Experience in the use of Adviser Office (1st software) is advantageous but not essential.
Excellent organisational skills.
Ability to prioritise workloads essential.
Team player who likes variety in their job and works well in a small team.
The ability to work flexibly will be required.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent personal skills in order to work with a range of colleagues and clients.
Competent in MS Office packages including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Keen to learn & progress.
