- Description
- Lloyd Recruitment Services are looking to recruit experienced Customer Service individuals to work for a leading employer in the local area.
 
 Working initially in a three month temporary contract, these individuals MUST have previous pensions experience to work on a new project for one of their largest clients.
 
 Starting on the 24th November 2020, individuals will be required to undergo a Credit Check and obtain a DBS.
 
 Duties:
 
 First point of contact for all inbound queries from customers
 Making outbound calls to customers to obtain information and respond to follow ups
 Responding to Web Chat
 Responding to business emails
 On occasions handling escalated calls
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience:
 
 Individuals must have previous pensions experience
 Be happy to work in a high volume telephone based role (approximately 50 per day)
 Be a confident and friendly communicator, with a positive and enthusiastic personality
 Excellent written communication / literacy
