- Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to be recruiting an Electrician for a market leading renewable energy company and NICEIC Approved Electrical Contractors.
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer/ Electrician/ Heating Controls Engineer to join a friendly team of Field Engineers.
The role is to install and test the electrical works for renewable energy systems, principally heat-pump systems and Solar PV, to a prepared design. You will also work on service repairs, fault finding, controls set up and commissioning.
Desired Skills & Experience
Trained and qualified at least to BS 7671 18th Edition
Experienced in installing, testing and producing test results according to UK wiring regulations
Preferably you will have a previous knowledge, or at least a strong desire to learn about heat pump and PV systems. Heating system controls would be a benefit
You show initiative in your work and have the discipline to follow designs and apply the regulations
You will have a problem-solving approach to work
Preferably you hold a valid CSCS or ECS card
Recent references
A company van, tools and work clothes will be provided
Full clean driving licence
