 Our client is looking for a dedicated and self-motivated individual to join their team, where you will provide a quality service to both internal and external customers.
 
 Receiving excellent training and experience you will gain the opportunity to work alongside Customer Experience, Income and Neighbourhood teams whilst offering the chance to complete a Housing Qualification.
 
 Duties:
 
 Customer Experience:
 
 Deliver comprehensive advice to customers and team members (via telephone, face to face, email and live chat)
 Help to resolve enquiries working to targets and timeframes
 Assist with garage lettings
 Assist with effective handling and resolution of all customer complaints
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Income:
 
 Assist the Income Team with monitoring and managing rent and service charge accounts
 Take proactive approach to tackling low level arrears by notifying residents
 Making affordable repayment agreements taking income and expenditure into account, setting up and amend direct debits
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Neighbourhoods:
 
 Assist the Neighbourhood Team with tenancy terminations, allocations, new lettings, transfers and mutual exchanges
 Identify anti-social behaviour and assist the Tenancy Enforcement Officer
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience:
 
 Qualifications at GCSE, BTEC, GNVQ, NVQ level 2 or equivalent
 Experience of working in a customer facing role
 Experience handling challenging customers and situations in a compassionate and sensitive manner
 Excellent IT Skills
 Excellent communication skills
 Excellent understanding of written and spoken English
 Able to multi-task
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Desirable:
 
 An understanding of the social housing sector
 Understanding of vulnerability and available support services
