Do you enjoy working in customer service and an administrative role?
No two days the same, working in a busy, friendly and fun atmosphere?
Lloyd Recruitment Services are looking for a customer service focused individual, to work for our client based in the local area.
Working as part of the team, you will be the first point of contact for all incoming queries from business and customer queries, whilst producing agreements and finance documentation.
A friendly team, you will need to be a professional and confident communicator, whilst providing administration support to the team and clients, ensuring finance agreements are processed, ID obtained, and fraudulent checks completed.
Duties:
Processing proposals
Activating Contracts
Validating documents
Respond to incoming calls, e-mails and requests
Providing settlement figures
Experience:
Previous customer service, call centre and / or administration experience
Professional and enthusiastic communicator
Excellent attention to detail
High levels of accuracy
Able to work to deadlines
