Do you have previous customer service experience?
Are you self-motivated and enjoy providing a first class service?
Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to be working with a number of clients, who are looking for customer focused individuals to join their friendly teams.
Although starting on a temporary basis, these opportunities have the potential to move in to permanent roles.
Duties:
Responding to incoming calls and queries from both business and consumer customers
Taking responsibility for each call, ensuring full resolutions are provided
Updating in-house system
Sending e-mails / letters as requested
Experience:
Previous customer service / telephone experience (we are happy to also consider individuals from a retail background)
Excellent communication skills – is essential – you will be representing the businesses, and be required to build relationships with customers and clients of all types
A can-do attitude
Being a team player - working as part of a larger team
Due to the locations of our clients, it would beneficial for you to have your own mode transport
These roles will be require the successful individuals to work in the office, as well as having the facilities to work successful from home
