- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a leading engineering company in the Horsham area who are looking to recruit for an Inventory Sales Support to join their friendly team.
You will be a well-organised and a personable individual who will help assist the processing of our client's inventory sales enquiries.
The role:
Deal with incoming enquiries from inventory listing online site and prospective customers
Generate quotations using the in-house CRM system and follow up accordingly
Ensure all customer information is accurately logged on to the CRM system
Daily maintenance of online listing sites
Awareness of new listing site opportunities
Review in-house inventory and price accordingly
Promote and develop in-house inventory sales
Plan and prioritise sales activities using the CRM system
Build customer relationships
Assist with the processing of sales orders as required
Providing, collating data and reporting on all departmental KPI data
Provide and update sales reports
Person Specification:
Previously worked in a similar role from engineering/ manufacturing background
Have excellent attention to detail
A methodical approach to work
Ability to manage large amounts of paperwork and data accurately
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Have strong numeracy skills
Have good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Be proactive, positive, enthusiastic, passionate, and driven
Good team player
Someone that makes things happen with a can do and will do attitude
Be able to adapt to changing priorities
Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
Salary up too £25K depending on experience
