Description
Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a reputable company who are currently in search of a Financial Controller and Administrator to join their team on a 1 year fixed term contract.

 

The role:

 



  • General administrative duties as required, including meeting and greeting clients and suppliers


  • Completing timesheets


  • Typing and distributing supplier purchase orders


  • Liaising with clients, staff members and suppliers


  • Supplier/subcontractor reporting


  • Managing sub-contractor accounts and processes including checking insurances and pre qualifications


  • Organising sales applications


  • Carry out credit checks as required


  • Sales invoices and purchase orders


  • Process for notification of non-payment


 

Key skills:

 



  • Intermediate Excel and Word skills


  • High level of numeracy


  • Very customer orientated, focused on meeting the customer's needs, good verbal and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills


  • Attention to detail


  • Excellent problem-solving skills


 

 

Salary: £22,000 - £30,000 DOE
