- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a reputable company who are currently in search of a Financial Controller and Administrator to join their team on a 1 year fixed term contract.
The role:
General administrative duties as required, including meeting and greeting clients and suppliers
Completing timesheets
Typing and distributing supplier purchase orders
Liaising with clients, staff members and suppliers
Supplier/subcontractor reporting
Managing sub-contractor accounts and processes including checking insurances and pre qualifications
Organising sales applications
Carry out credit checks as required
Sales invoices and purchase orders
Process for notification of non-payment
Key skills:
Intermediate Excel and Word skills
High level of numeracy
Very customer orientated, focused on meeting the customer's needs, good verbal and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving skills
Salary: £22,000 - £30,000 DOE
