- Description
- Our client, a recognised and established brand name, are looking to recruit a Customer Solutions Manager to build, develop and lead a new team.
The Role:
Leading the team, you will be responsible for retaining customers reaching the end of their agreements (PCP), offering refinance of the Guaranteed Future Value (GFV)) or by financing a replacement car.
You will need to recruit and lead the team (up to 3), focusing exclusively on the activity of GFV refinance and end of contract management of customers.
Duties:
Grow the portfolio of loans at both end of contract and as opportunities present themselves
Develop and implement the end of customer contact strategy, challenging current processes and conducting champion/challenger strategies in determining the optimal range of customer engagement tools and methods.
Make recommendations to Pricing, Operational Leadership Team and Management Board in respect of optimal price and operational strategies.
Develop and implement regular reporting to manage end of contract customer options and outcomes.
Develop and implement strategies for the promotion of products through associated companies within the group, together with exploiting supplier relationships in associated company and affinity type schemes.
Conduct focus groups with different areas of the business i.e. Sales to understand potential impact on the sales relationships in the network, to grow the end of contract opportunities without negatively impacting Sales relationships
Explore ways to push customer contact back into the business with targeted marketing
Make use of current available technologies and explore blue sky thinking, to improve customer contact methods and improve engagement at end of contract which could then be rolled out to the further Customer contact centre
Collaborate with internal and external parties to understand customer behaviour across a variety of segments e.g. age, vehicle, term, occupation etc with the view to produce targeted marketing campaigns to our end of contract opportunities
Manage the team, their objectives and personal and professional development.
Take full responsibility for team activities in respect of Financial Conduct Authority requirements and appropriate customer outcomes.
Essential Experience
Previous Financial Services / Motor Finance an advantage
Ability to build and develop a team
Proven team manager and motivational leadership
Knowledge of end of contract processes and customer communication strategies
Experience of delivering small projects
Self-motivated, and driven by goals / objectives
Telesales Management
Direct sales experience
