The successful applicant will be trained to learn the following;
Keeping the workshop clean & tidy
How to use tools & equipment used in Convertible Roof Repairs
Water testing Cabriolets for leaks and carrying out repairs to prevent and maintain
Record details of vehicles and repairs on worksheets including time spent
Effective use of time management for repairs to customer’s vehicles - liaise with office to coordinate & prioritise customer repairs
Communicate repairs to office staff and advise of timings, repair and cost
Cleaning vehicles ready to hand back to customers
You will assist other technicians with their work whilst receiving on the job training
Fundamentals of specific vehicle roof systems
Appropriate Health & Safety legislation and requirements for the workplace
