- Lloyd Recruitment Services are proud to be working with our client once again who are seeking a Document Coordinator to join their growing team based in Sandwich on initially a 6 month fixed term contract.
You’ll be working within a team, but mainly independently to create and then submit completed documents from various business divisions of this global company, as well as various sources linked to the health / medical sectors. These documents are linked to very time critical deadlines for onward authorisation approval - so the ability to work quickly and accurately is a must, to keep errors to minimum all round.
Duties include:
Adhering to quality control procedures and standards
Appropriate use of documentation management systems
Support the team with submission workload
Coordinate the allocation of all publishing activities
Monitor local mailboxes and deal with urgent requests for documentation / literature
Adhere to compliance standards
Skills and experience:
Proven technical attitude
Quick learner with ability to multi-task
Experience in working in a customer service environment
Able to work in a highly regulated environment
Highly accurate with attention to detail
Experience of using publishing tools Liquent InSight and ECTD formats would be extremely beneficial.
