Due to expansion, our client is offering a fabulous opportunity for someone to fill an empty seat in their Help Desk team, providing an excellent opportunity to commence your career in a forward thinking tech company.
You’ll be working alongside more technically experienced colleagues, and you’ll have the opportunity to expand your knowledge into more detailed problems in the future, but firstly you’ll be responsible for the following:
Assisting and helping support and maintain computer networks for clients at all levels.
Monitoring remote and workstation systems, as well as servers.
Report on and resolve faults reported by the monitoring system.
Answer calls from customers and log the cases in for actioning.
Accurately record and maintain tickets when dealing with incidents and queries raised by customers.
Maintain Service Level Agreements on support tickets, ensuring that customer problems are resolved to a satisfactory conclusion or escalated to the correct team or colleague.
Supported technologies include Microsoft Server 2016, Exchange, Office 365, Firewalls and Anti-virus software.
The Package:
£16,000-£18,000 depending on experience (increases after 3 month probation) + overtime available
20 days holiday (Jan – Dec) plus UK bank holidays
Company Pension Scheme – after probationary period
