- Lloyd Recruitment Services are working with a reputable manufacturing company supplying parts and services within the construction industry who are seeking an ambitious and multi skilled Office Support Administrator to join their team based on the outskirts of Horsham.
Key duties and responsibilities of the Office Support Administrator:
Produce weekly and monthly reports as required
Produce CRM reports weekly for the sales team
Organise travel, transport and accommodation including some European travel
Dealing with incoming calls
Note taking for Management meetings
Preparing presentations using PowerPoint
Chasing purchase orders for sales team & providing quotes as required
Updating employee details onto the system
Update risk assessments and safe work method statements
Distribution of documents for signing and chasing return of documents
Ensuring H&S training is completed by all employees
Ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Key skills and experience:
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage and prioritise own workload
Attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Self-motivated, flexible & adaptable to work in a busy environment
Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
