- Description
We’re looking for 3 people to join a fabulous customer services department of a leading local employer – if you speak Spanish, that would be very advantageous.
You’ll receive full training to deal with a range of duties including responding to inbound calls and a range of email and website enquiries from members of the public, as well as corporate organisations.
You don’t have to have loads of experience - but you will need to have enthusiasm, a genuine desire to be trained and learn, combined with confident and clear communication skills.
This is a fun and welcoming department, and would be an excellent starting point for individuals from a retail background, looking to make a move into an office environment.
Free on-site parking is available, and working hours will be 1.00 – 10.00pm (will include occasional weekend work on a rota basis).
