- Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to be able to assist our client in their search for an experienced Family Solicitor to join their personal and well-established team in January 2020.
You’ll be responsible for providing a range of family legal services, including pre and post marital advice, cohabitation, divorce/separation, private children law and financial settlement. Managing whole cycle including conducting client matters, including own advocacy, working to the firm's routine time recording, accounts and administrative disciplines including compliance requirements, while ensuring you are up to date with your legal knowledge.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in the provision of expert family advice and litigation
Confident communicator
Ability to network and quickly build strong, productive relationships with clients and colleagues
Ability to prioritise caseload and re-schedule as required to meet deadlines
This is a full time position, however for the right candidate they could consider reduced hours.
