Lloyd Recruitment Services are working with a rapidly growing company in the Crawley area who is looking for an Operations Administrator to join their expanding team.
They are looking for an individual who is forward-thinking, strong-minded and can help drive the company forward. A long-serving career is available with an exciting company to work for which has increased in size each year.
Duties include:
Reporting to the Service Manager/ Director
Dealing with inbound customer enquiries
Following up on enquiries in a timely manner
Attending site visits with suppliers
General admin duties
Implementing the new CRM software
Day to day of running the office duties
Procurement of materials
Scheduling of the engineers work
Ordering & tracking equipment
The ideal candidates will have some engineering environment experience
Excellent customer service
Careful management of stakeholders
Project management
Skills / experience:
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Good administrative and time management skills
The ability to manage own workload and act independently if required
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Microsoft Excel experience
Salary of £18,000 to £25,000 DOE
