Lloyd Recruitment Services are working with our client, based in the local area, who are looking for an individual to work in their Fleet Department.
Starting in an ongoing temporary position, this opportunity could potentially become a permanent role for the successful individual.
First point of contact for all members of staff, regarding any fleet queries, you must be a confident and professional communicator, with the ability to work in a fast moving role.
Please note, that due to the location of the client and nature of the duties, the successful will need to possess and full clean driving license.
Duties:
Liaising with new starters – organising vehicles, insurances and documentation
Liaising with insurance and fleet providers
Processing all relevant and required paperwork
Logging accident reports and damage
Experience
Professional and confident communicator (verbal and written)
IT Proficient
Previous administrative experience (motor, fleet, insurance and advantage)
