Are you an experienced administrator and customer service professional?
Do you enjoy working in a varied, busy and fast paced position?
Lloyd Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for our client, a leading Financial Services organisation, who are looking for an individual to join their motor and fleet department.
Supporting clients and Field Sales staff you will be the first point of contact for all enquiries, whilst also offering full administrative support to the team, whilst being responsible for all contracts and agreements.
Due to the location of our client, you will need to be a car driver.
Duties will include:
First point of contact for all enquiries
Maintain details of customers credit limits and terms
Providing and sending relevant documentation and quotes
Processing proposals
Process invoicing agreements
Experience
Minimum of twelve months experience working in a busy sales support / administration or contracts opportunity
Fully IT proficient
Confident communicator, both verbal and written
Able to prioritise your own workload, and able to work to targets and deadlines
