- Lloyd Recruitment Services are excited to be offering an opportunity to join a UK wide/recognised name in the health sector, with their search for aRecruitment Coordinator Team Leader.
We are seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our recruitment team based out of both their Epsom and Dorkingoffices. The Team Leader is responsible for supporting the Business Managersin achieving the departmental targets through effectual and efficient leadership of your team of coordinators, covering numerous opportunities throughout the UK, including any escalated cases.
Must be available for interviews taking place on the 22nd and 23rd of July 2019.
Key responsibilities:
Keen to maintain and continually promote a friendly, relaxing and professional environment
Ongoing review of current processes and ensure all stages aremanaged effectively
Develop strategies together with the team and managers
Contribute positively to a growing and evolving department
Experience required:
Previous experience from a recruitment or in-house team is a must
Be a confident and engaging individual with the ability to empathise with all sorts of people
Experience of managing people and teams.
Proven administration experience in a complex and fast-paced environment.
Excellent IT skills, including MS Office packages with high level of competency in Word, Excel, and in-house CRM systems
Have excellent communication skills that set you apart from everyone else, whether you are on the phone or in person.
Self-motivated, with lots of initiative and the confidence to lead and develop a teamof 10.
