- Lloyd Recruitment Services are excited to be working with a successful events organisation based in Horley. They are currently recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join their friendly and very successful team.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, willing to learn, takes the initiative and has experience with social media and Excel (manipulating data). For the right candidate, there is potential to grow within the role.

Duties and responsibilities:
Support the Marketing Manager with coordinating and delivering marketing plans for international events
Creating campaigns across web, social media, email and offline
Increase revenue and customer acquisition for events
Improve user experience for exhibitors and visitors
Skills and experience:
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
Competent in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
Experience working with clients/partners
Experience of using social media in a business capacity
Attention to detail, including good proofing skills
Enthusiastic with strong work ethic and desire for professional development
Ability to work under pressure
Desirable skills and experience:
Knowledge and experience of Salesforce and Mailchimp is not essential but would be an advantage
A business/marketing degree or equivalent, and whilst a formal marketing (e.g. CIM) qualification is not essential it would be an advantage
1 - 2 years of relevant business-2-business marketing experience
A background in events is preferred but not essential
Salary of £26K DOE
