Description
Lloyd Recruitment Servicesare currently seeking 2 x Data Entry Administrators to join a well-known company for initially a 6-month contract.

 

Working within the finance team, you’ll be responsible for validating and recording bank details, and you’ll also be following through on outstanding queries on bank details.

 

Key responsibilities:

 



  • Checking all bank details are available and entered correctly in the first instance on both banking and internal systems


  • Follow up on any outstanding/missing details required


  • Liaise and communicate with management and internal contacts of any incomplete accounts


  • Review and highlight any cancellations


  • Carry out mid and end of month reviews


 

Key Skills:

 



  • Microsoft Excel to intermediate level – able to use formulas and V LookUps


  • First class communication skills – both face to face, over the phone and email


  • Strong numeracy skills


  • Accurate recording and data entry skills to maintain errors to a minimum
