- Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to be asked to partner up with this leading international organisation in their hunt for a new Talent Acquisition Contract Recruiter
Initially being offered on a 12-month contract, you’ll be working as a strategic partner and closely with the division that deals with innovative new medicines, manufacturing and trials supply chains – so you’ll be covering a broad spectrum with their recruitment needs.
You’ll have strong organisational capabilities, great communication skills, the ability to quickly flex into different situations at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping build an organization of talented individuals.
Supporting the full life cycle recruitment needs, including sourcing, selection and development - ensuring that every stage from initial staff requisition need to final appointment is achieved.
Qualifications:
Degree in HR, Business or related discipline / equivalent professional work experience
Prior HR experience preferably in a direct recruitment / sourcing role
Proven experience of working with both hiring managers and all HR department professionals
Use of HR portals, such as ATS or Workday would be beneficial
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – happy to converse with people at all levels
Excellent consultative approach, strategic thinking, problem solving and interpersonal skills
