- Lloyd Recruitment Services are proud to be working with a leading company, in their search for a new EAMS (Early Access to Medicines) Administrator to join a uniquely created team, and become part of a group that provide patients with life threatening and seriously debilitating conditions, access to medicines whilst awaiting diagnosis.
Initially this fabulous opportunity has been signed off for 6 months, and there could be a chance to be extended or transferred to a new contract upon completion.
Job overview:
You’ll be the first point of contact for the team, acting as a source of information on any administrative issues, providing relevant information and support to other members of the team, ensuring that everything runs as smoothly as possible. Using your proven background in administration, you’ll be keen to contribute to team activities across multiple projects. Due to the
An accurate eye for detail and be able to identify problems and issues and try to provide solutions.
The ability to track detailed progress against plans, specifically centre contracts, clinical registrations and any training activities.
Maintaining finance files for all projects, so that project leaders and managers are aware of their budget against their plans.
Track financial information including invoices and expenses – raising any errors and discrepancies.
Key Skills:
Strong administration experience, including elements of data and numerical entry, administration and coordinator tasks
Confident and first class communication skills - in writing, email and verbally, as you’ll be required to liaise with stakeholders and professionals on a regular basis
Previous experience of working with databases, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook would be advantageous
Experience of working in a project environment before would be preferred
Ability to work as part of a team, but predominately independently
