Description
Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a leading organisation based in East Grinstead who are currently in search of a Financial Accountant / Bookkeeper to join their team.

 

Responsibilities of the role will include:

 



  • Event analysis and reconciliation


  • Cash handling


  • VAT returns


  • Invoicing


  • Payments


  • Expenses


  • Annual accounts


  • Asset lists and report generation


 

Essential skills:

 



  • Strong communication skills, on the phone, verbally and written


  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential


  • Qualifications in or equivalent to: CIMA/ACCA/AAT/ACA


  • Well organised and strong attention to detail


  • Ability to work as a team as well as independently


  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines


 

Desired skills:

 



  • Experience with Xero accounting software


  • QuickBooks experience


 

This is a part time role for 30 hours per week

 

Salary of £22K - £28K pro rata for 30 hours
