- Lloyd recruitment services are pleased to be working with a leading Estate Agent based in the Brighton area who are currently in search of a Mortgage Advisor to join their team.
This role will support a very successful group of Estate Agents.
This is a lucrative role; ideal for those who are looking to progress their careers and maximise earnings with up to 6 figure salaries.
Your leads will be warm from an ever-ending supply of clients, referred directly to you by a talented team of estate agents. In addition to this, you will have access to the extensive database of clients which will help you be pro-active in generating your own leads to increase your earnings even more.
You will be fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) and will have had experience of writing mortgages already. Recent experience is preferred although not essential as you will benefit from award-winning training to help you hit the ground running.
Client relationships are key with the ability to “out-passion” competitors and help build your reputation in the market place. Word of mouth recommendations for Mortgage Advisors also typically fulfil a high degree of written business.
Full administrative back up is provided by a central Customer Service team which means you don’t get distracted by paperwork but do what you do best which is sell and deal with customers.
Duties will include:
To “Out Passion” customers at every opportunity
Seek the best financial and mortgage solutions for customers
Identifying and initiating leads from other sources
Selling associated insurance products from Legal & General
Meeting and exceeding targets
Working closely with the Branch Manager
Training and coaching the team on Mortgage products

CEMAP 1 minimum (or equivalent) qualified
Full driving license
Start Date: ASAP
Basic Salary: £25,000 to £27,000 (Depending on Experience)
On Target Earnings: OTE £100,000 +
Location: Brighton
Work Pattern: 5 days per week including some Saturdays (1 Saturday off per month)
