- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a leading company based in East Grinstead who are currently seeking an Accounts Administrator on an ongoing temporary basis.
The successful applicant doesn’t have to have Accounts experience but the ability to adapt and learn with a solid admin background.
This person must be happy picking up the phone to answer queries and chasing invoices.
Responsibilities:
Invoicing – creating and imputing
Answering the phone, dealing with queries, general admin etc.
Creditor and Debtors management
Bank Reconciliation (this can be taught)
Governmental Returns - MGD (training provided)
Processing Cash Banking
Processing Payments in and out
Skills and Experience:
Computer literate with experience of Outlook, and Microsoft Office
Previous experience in an accounts/administration position
Varied data entry experience
Salary of up £9 - £11 per hour DOE
