- Lloyd Recruitment Services are working with a leading organisation based in Surrey, in their search for a new Data Analyst to join their expanding department.
You’ll be initially able to commit to a 6-month contract, with a high probability of a permanent role being offered thereafter for the right candidate.
Key duties:
Consolidate data from a variety of sources, and develop reports on a routine basis for onward business use/targeting.
Process, cleanse, format and validate data used for reporting.
Running standard and ad hoc reports as required by colleagues/business areas.
Visualise large data sets in ways that are easy to interpret and spot patterns.
Manage key stakeholders to ensure positive working relationships.
Confident communication skills will be needed to ensure that.
Experience required:
Advanced Excel skills (VBA, Macros, Pivot Tables, Advanced Vlookups).
WPS, SAS, VB and Power BI would be extremely advantageous.
Proven ability of working confidentially with large sets of data.
Analytical thinking with numerical and data problem solving skills.
Understanding of data/data structures and their value for successfully undertaking analysis, MI and auditing to enable identification of required processes and reporting.
Developing audit reporting to ensure that internal processes are adhered to.
To provide analysis of data to support our operational system and processes.
Communication skills to engage and liaise internally with other departments.
Time management to complete multiple task to set deadlines.
Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Forward thinking able to identify potential discrepancies or problems.
