- Lloyd Recruitment Servicesare proud to be working with a leading company, in their search for a Team Administrator / Coordinator – initially on a 6-month contract.
Job Overview:
Under the guidance of more senior colleagues, you’ll be assisting on the various stages that take place, to ensure that all documentation is accurately produced within internal compliance procedures and expectations).
There will also be elements of investigation and resolving of any issues that may arise / be raised by other business areas, and any changes updated on the training database
Key Skills:
Strong administration experience, gained from ideally within a regulatory / compliance lead environment would be very beneficial.
Confident communication skills – in writing, email and verbally, as you’ll be required to liaise with stakeholders on a regular basis.
Previous experience of working with databases, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint would be advantageous.
Accurate data and numerical entry skills
Eye for detail and able to record and produce data for reports.
Ability to work as part of a team, but also comfortable working independently.
