- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be assisting one of our longest standing clients, in their search for an experienced Administrator to join their Accident Management department, based at their fabulous offices in Thames Ditton.
You’ll have experience from an accident management environment, or from an insurance claims / administration department, with a keenness to move into AM.
Once fully up to speed, you’ll be handling associated administration within the AM team including:
Taking responsibility for department telephone calls and emails
Contacting drivers to book vehicles in
Processing claims paperwork and invoices for payment (including charging clients for work outside of department procedures and agreements)
Compiling reports for review meetings
Maintaining and working within the quality procedures and insurance industry standards.
The ability to work quickly and efficiently within a busy team environment is a must, along with working unsupervised to ensure that tight deadlines are able to be met.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8.30-5pm
