Description
Lloyd Recruitment Services Ltd, are seeking a Customer Administrator for a 10 months contract ( initially ) to work for a busy company in Purley Way.



You’ll be working in a team of 6 others, to ensure that all customer emails and orders are processed quickly and accurately - which will require accurate eye for detail and data/numerical entry, but also excellent communication skills, as you’ll be chatting with various departments throughout the company.



Your responsibilities will include:





  • Processing customers purchase orders.


  • Delivering outstanding customer care by successfully responding to emails.


  • Building a rapport with Key Account customers, helping with any queries.


  • Liaising with the customer service team regarding customer queries.


  • Corresponding with the Purchasing Department regarding stock queries.


  • Handling return requests for customers in line with guidelines.


  • Supporting the inbound team with overflow calls.


  • Liaising with the technical department to help customers identify the part they require.




Which skills are required?





  • Good literacy and the ability to communicate with customers by email and letter.


  • Great verbal communication and listening skills.


  • Strong IT skills.


  • Experience with in a customer facing, administrative role.


  • Organisation skills.
