- Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to be able to assist with the recruitment of 2 CustomerService Duty Managers for their client, an international market leader in the leisure industry.
Based in their head office in Chessington, you will be required to work a rolling shift pattern of 3 days on / 3 off / 3 nights on / 3 off.
Day shifts (8.00am to 6pm) - 10-15 advisors
Night shifts (8.00pm to 6.00am) - 2-5 advisors
The role:
Provide day to day operational support to a team of Guest Support Advisors.
Champion motivation and high standards of performance.
Lead and Inspire team to deliver outstanding levels of customer service and financial performance.
Answer day to day enquiries from the Guest Support Advisors
Take escalated complaints as needed from the team as needed
The ideal candidate will have previous Team Leader/Managerial experience ideally within a customer services /contact Centre environment.
