- Lloyd Recruitment Services Ltd, are seeking a Customer Administrator, to work for a busy and expanding company in Purley Way.
You’ll be working in a team of 5 others, to ensure that all customer emails and orders are processed quickly and accurately - which will require accurate eye for detail and data/numerical entry, but also excellent communication skills, as you’ll be chatting with various departments throughout the company.
Your responsibilities will include:
Processing customers purchase orders.
Delivering outstanding customer care by successfully responding to emails.
Building a rapport with Key Account customers, helping with any queries.
Liaising with the customer service team regarding customer queries.
Corresponding with the Purchasing Department regarding stock queries.
Handling return requests for customers in line with guidelines.
Supporting the inbound team with overflow calls.
Liaising with the technical department to help customers identify the part they require.
Which skills are required:
Good literacy and the ability to communicate with customers by email and letter.
Great verbal communication and listening skills.
Strong IT skills.
Experience with in a customer facing, administrative role.
Self-motivation and great organisation skills.
