- Lloyd Recruitment Services Ltd are excited to be offering this fantastic opportunity to become the Head of Marketing for an expanding, established organisation, moving to the heart of Dorking at the end of October.
With the successful continued growth of this small independent company, gained from existing clients and their recommendations, they are looking at expanding their exposure to new prospects and highlight the fabulous services they provide.
With a company based on customer experience, there is a real need to develop the correct strategy, planning and campaign delivery to take them to the next stage in their brand development.
Overview
You’ll be responsible for planning media and content strategy across all channels, including email, social media and PR, but also events, website, PPC, SEO, partnerships and some specialist titles advertising. Delivery of campaigns will be supported by a Marketing Executive, as well as specialist agencies where appropriate.
The role encompasses all aspects of putting together a marketing campaign - from research opportunities, target and budget setting, through to content creation, production, delivery and reporting.
You could be an existing Marketing Manager with significant experience in B2B (ideally within the Financial Services or Professional Services sector), who has proven ability to take ownership of marketing campaigns and drive client acquisition, and is keen to play a big part in growing a small but successful business. A strong existing knowledge of both digital and offline traditional media channels would be beneficial.
The successful candidate will have experience of working within a SME environment, with a flexible, hands-on work ethic, to complement the existing team of professionals.
Due to the nature of the role, you’ll be required to travel for meetings, attend events, etc. but core office hours are 9.00am-5.30pm Monday to Friday (+/- 1 hour is a possibility)
Interviews will be 2 stage, and the appointment will be a key addition to this professional and friendly team of professionals, all of whom enjoy some elements of hands-on support to their colleagues.
